Welcome to Triad Health Systems Inc.
Triad Health Systems, Inc. (Triad) was created in 2008 to provide medical services to all residents of the service area with emphasis on the uninsured and under-insured residents. The service area includes Carroll, Gallatin, and Owen counties. Services are provided in collaboration with area agencies, organizations, and health care providers. Triad has expanded its services to include medical, dental, optometry, behavioral health, and Pharmaceutical.

Triad Health Systems, Inc. strives to meet the needs of the underserved by promoting wellness, prevention and providing the highest quality medical services possible for the three county areas of Carroll, Gallatin and Owen.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Triad recognizes the importance of being actively involved in its communities. Triad is committed to understanding the needs of its residents and the resources available to improve their quality of life. A Triad employee is designated as a Community Development Manager to strategically address issues such as; access to care, school behavioral health, emergency management, drug and alcohol abuse and a myriad of others. The School Systems, Health Departments, and Chambers of Commerce in each county, are just a few organizations that, alongside Triad, strive to improve the health and welfare of its citizens.
OUR COMMUNITIES
The three counties, which encompass the Triad service area, are situated approximately one hour from three major cities; Louisville, Lexington, and Cincinnati Ohio. Also known as The Golden Triangle it is aptly named due to the beauty and serenity of the area. Two of the three counties, Carroll and Gallatin, are located on the Kentucky/Ohio River where boating, fishing, and beautiful sunsets are enjoyed. The Kentucky Speedway is located within Gallatin County. General Butler State Park is situated in Carroll County and provides an area for family get-togethers. Thirty minutes up the road you can discover the Elk Creek Winery and Hunt Club in Owen County. The Hunt Club is one of the premier sporting clay resorts in the South. A delicious meal, accompanied by Elk Creek’s premier wine, can be enjoyed at any time.
Triad Health Systems, Inc. provides primary care, behavioral health, and optometry services in each of our 3 county clinics. Dental services are also provided at the Owen County location. Pharmaceutical services are available at the Gallatin County location.
